This is another favorite breakfast\u00a0that I once saw on Alton Brown “Good Eats” show in it’s basic form. Really easy to prepare if you have all the ingredients. The key is equal parts of milk and flour in the batter and a good cast iron skillet. This isn’t really sweet in my version because the batter doesn’t use any sugar at all and the apples are made\u00a0with just a drizzle of honey. Plus you don’t really need to feed sugar to your kids anyway \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
