This recipe is adopted from one posted by <a href=\"http:\/\/altonbrown.com\/blueberry-muffins-recipe\/\">Alton Brown<\/a>\u00a0and really I hope is very close to what it supposed to be originally.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20 ounces by weight Organic All Purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B00HVJI7KI\/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=B00HVJI7KI&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=fedulovfamily-20&amp;linkId=MLXAONEVRHUHZIX2\">Himalayan Salt<\/a><\/li>\n<li>4 teaspoons of Baking Powder<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons of Baking Soda<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup of Cane Sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B0042PB70Q\/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=B0042PB70Q&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=fedulovfamily-20&amp;linkId=T76NYDTHDKEFVHZ5\">Organic Sunflower Oil<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>16 ounces by weight of Sour Cream<\/li>\n<li>Zest of one large orange<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups of Blueberries (I used frozen ones, and it worked just fine)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n<p>Heat your oven to 375F before you start mixing things. You will need two bowls, one for dry ingredients and one for wet ones. In dry ingredients bowl combine flour, salt, soda and baking powder:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-136\" src=\"http:\/\/food-fedulov-com.intersog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/2016-05-15-06.16.49-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"2016-05-15 06.16.49\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"http:\/\/food.fedulov.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/2016-05-15-06.16.49-300x169.jpg 300w, http:\/\/food.fedulov.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/2016-05-15-06.16.49-768x432.jpg 768w, http:\/\/food.fedulov.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/2016-05-15-06.16.49-1024x576.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mix to combine and distribute the ingredients.
